Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner on technical/back-end or data-heavy products.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation experience.
• Proven experience writing user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfort discussing APIs, integrations, stream endpoints, data pipelines, and backend systems.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Product-first mindset with analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to AI, GenAI or iGaming products is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Senior Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner- Dubai!

I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing B2B SaaS iGaming company building AI-powered products for the gaming industry, who are looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Product Owner to join their team in Dubai.

This is a highly technical, product-focused role sitting between Product, Engineering, Data, and the wider business, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements across backend and data-heavy products.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Engineering and Data teams across APIs, integrations, data pipelines, backend systems, and platform initiatives.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring requirements are refined and ready for development.
• Manage stakeholders throughout discovery, development, testing, and release.
• Drive continuous product improvements with a strong focus on technical feasibility and business value.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner, ideally working on technical, backend, or data-heavy products.
• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation experience.
• Proven experience writing user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts including APIs, integrations, stream endpoints, data pipelines, and backend systems.
• Strong Agile/Scrum and backlog management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a product-first approach.
• Exposure to AI, Machine Learnin, GenAI or iGaming products is a bonus.
• 15K-20K AED per month, depending on experience+ a 10% performance-related bonus
• Hybrid Role – 3 days in their JLT office / 2 days from home
