Key Responsibilities

• Engage with business stakeholders to uncover and analyze opportunities for AI adoption and workflow automation.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions to capture and document existing business processes.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable functional and non-functional specifications for AI solutions.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories tailored to AI initiatives.
• Create process flows, wireframes, and mockups for AI-driven applications and dashboards, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively communicating AI solution benefits, limitations, and risks.
• Champion change management efforts and support successful AI adoption across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 4–6 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on exposure to AI/ML projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; able to distill complex concepts into business-friendly language.
• Sound understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to drive business value.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering, documentation (BRDs, user stories), and functional specification.
