Job Description: Salesforce & AI Solutions Architect at Arcsen

We partner with industry giants such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Tableau, Slack, Sprout, Certinia, and Splunk to deliver top-tier services tailored to our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct discovery workshops to understand current processes and pain points across lead‑to‑cash, case, and field service flows.
2. Create effort estimates, ROMs, and Statements of Work; develop clickable prototypes and demo orgs showcasing AI-powered use cases like next‑best action and auto‑summaries.
3. Present solutions to business and IT stakeholders, addressing RFP clarifications, security questionnaires, and technical due diligence.

Delivery Architecture & Governance

1. Handoff signed designs to delivery teams and conduct architecture onboarding sessions.
2. Translate designs into sprint-ready epics; facilitate architecture kick-offs and governance checkpoints with scrum teams.
3. Define integration patterns, identity and access management, encryption, compliance, and testing strategies.
4. Oversee code and configuration quality, enforce CI/CD practices, and monitor technical debt and KPIs.
5. Lead AI enablement initiatives, including prompt engineering and model configuration.
6. Mentor consultants and develop reusable assets like Lightning templates and DevOps pipelines.
7. Support hiring, contribute thought leadership, and host enablement sessions on Salesforce best practices.
8. Collaborate with sales on pipeline forecasting and project health reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform, with 5+ years delivering Sales and/or Service Cloud at an enterprise level.
• At least 2 years architecting AI/Einstien solutions (e.g., Copilot actions, Next Best Action, GPT prompts).
• Certifications: Application Architect and System Architect at minimum; Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or in active journey preferred; AI Associate/Einstien certifications desirable.
• Proven consultative skills—whiteboarding, scope negotiation, executive storytelling—and ability to coach multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Experience Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, or CPQ.
• Experience integrating generative AI with external LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
• Bilingual in Arabic and English.
• Vertical expertise in Real Estate, Retail, FSI, or Healthcare within GCC.
