Job summary

Azizi Development UAE is seeking a Lead Technical Architect in Dubai, responsible for guiding architectural projects within the Design 360 Studio. You will ensure compliance with Dubai authority requirements while leading technical teams in project delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture, with 10-15 years of experience in hospitality projects within GCC. The role offers a competitive executive-level salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of professional experience in architectural design with a focus on hospitality projects in the UAE or GCC.
• Certification in BIM workflows is preferred.
• Dubai Municipality registration is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of international codes and sustainable design frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of projects through all design phases with emphasis on compliance.
• Review and approve detailed drawings to ensure accuracy, quality, and constructability.
• Coordinate technical issues with consultants and project teams.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality requirements.
• Oversee and mentor technical design teams.
