Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd Dubai DIFC Branch seeks a senior technology leader to oversee branch technology operations, risk management and security. You will coordinate with Group Technology and regulators to ensure compliant, resilient services and lead a small high-performing team.

Strong background in financial services technology risk, information security and vendor oversight is required, with DFSA framework familiarity a plus. Dubai/DIFC environment offers dynamic exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Technology leadership experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead a small to mid-size technology team with hands-on, business-facing work.
• Strong track record in technology risk management, information security, control oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with central tech teams, business stakeholders, vendors, auditors and regulators.
• Deep understanding of technology risk and operational resilience in regulated settings; knowledge of DFSA Gen Rulebook 5.5 Cyber Risk Management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch technology operations, ensuring stable, secure and resilient services.
• Oversee technology risk and information security controls, testing, issues and remediation.
• Coordinate with regulators to ensure DIFC/DFSA compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with Group Technology and local stakeholders to deliver initiatives and resolve issues.
• Oversee vendor and third-party technology services, including risk and control assurance.
• Lead, coach and develop the branch technology team with strong stakeholder engagement.
