Job summary

Accentureon Consulting LLC in the UAE seeks an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to deliver strategic tax planning, compliance, and advisory services across diverse industries. You will lead tax projects, manage client relationships, and mentor juniors, while staying abreast of UAE tax rules.

The role requires deep UAE corporate tax and VAT knowledge, 5–8 years in tax advisory, and professional certifications; English communication is essential, with Arabic a plus. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in tax consulting or advisory roles.
• Deep knowledge of UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA) preferred.
• Experience with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proven client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services, including corporate tax, VAT, and international tax planning.
• Lead tax compliance projects and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
• Conduct tax health checks and risk assessments for clients.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop tax-efficient structures for new business setups and expansions.
• Stay updated on UAE tax regulations and communicate changes to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Prepare technical tax memorandums and advisory reports.
