Job summary

Accentureon Consulting LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join its growing tax advisory team. You will provide strategic tax planning, compliance services, and advisory support to a diverse client base across various industries in the UAE.

You will lead tax planning and compliance projects, conduct health checks, mentor junior staff, and develop tax-efficient structures for new setups while staying current on UAE tax regulations. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in tax consulting or advisory roles.
• Deep knowledge of UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations.
• CPA/ACCA/CA/CTA certification preferred.
• Experience with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) systems and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proven client management experience.
• Master’s degree in Taxation or Finance (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide tax advisory services, including corporate tax, VAT, and international tax planning.
• Lead tax compliance projects and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
• Conduct tax health checks and risk assessments for clients.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Develop tax-efficient structures for new business setups and expansions.
• Stay updated on UAE tax regulations and communicate changes to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Prepare technical tax memorandums and advisory reports.
