Job Description: Talent Acquisition Partner
Provide end-to-end recruiting consultation to Hiring Managers within a business or regional area. Responsibilities include candidate searches, pipelining, market insights, advertising, interview and selection, and offer negotiation. Demonstrate knowledge of comprehensive hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement proactive sourcing and recruitment programs to support open positions.
- Build a diverse pipeline of qualified external candidates, focusing on acquiring key skills from the market.
- Utilize brand awareness to represent the employee value proposition externally.
- Shortlist impactful profiles and guide managers through the selection process.
- Facilitate internal job market and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Align with overall people strategy and strategic hiring priorities to deliver effective talent attraction solutions.
- Partner with Business Leaders and HR to define and execute talent attraction and workforce plans.
- Source potential candidates through various channels, including social and professional networks.
- Evaluate candidates and build long-term relationships.
- Participate in early career hiring initiatives, including internships and graduate programs.
- Leverage employer branding to attract target candidates and act as a brand ambassador.
- Engage in university relations activities and campus events.
- Utilize TA tools, systems, and support teams to deliver excellent talent attraction solutions, adhering to processes.
- Maintain accurate data and utilize data insights for hiring decisions and influencing business strategies.
- Manage volume hiring campaigns, especially for campus recruitment.
- Contribute to end-to-end talent acquisition projects across MEA region, from conception to deployment.
- Collect and analyze TA/EB data to identify trends and inform initiatives.
Qualifications
- 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition.
- Comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Knowledge of the broader HR context.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and networking skills.
- Ability to analyze data and present insights convincingly.
- Strong promotion skills for Schneider Electric’s brand and stakeholder motivation.
- Highly organized and fluent in English.
- Preferred: Experience engaging with universities, campus events, and graduate/intern hiring campaigns.
