Job description

Mission: Provide end-to-end recruiting consultation to Hiring Managers in a business or regional area. Perform candidate searches, pipelining, market insights, internal and external advertising, interview and selection, offer negotiation. Demonstrates knowledge of end-to-end hiring practices.

What will you do?
  1. Develop and implement proactive sourcing and recruitment programs to support open positions.
  2. Build a pipeline of qualified, diverse external candidates focused on acquiring key skills from the market.
  3. Use brand awareness to represent the employee value proposition externally.
  4. Shortlist impactful profiles.
  5. Guide and mentor managers during the selection process.
  6. Facilitate the internal job market and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  7. Align with overall people strategy and strategic hiring priorities to deliver talent attraction solutions.
  8. Partner with Business Leaders and HR to define and deliver a talent attraction and strategic workforce plan.
  9. Source potential candidates through various channels (social & professional networks).
  10. Evaluate candidates' performance and build long-term relationships.
  11. Participate in early career hiring, including interns and graduates.
  12. Leverage employer branding to attract target candidates.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador.
  14. Participate in university relations activities.
  15. Utilize all TA tools, systems, and support teams to deliver talent attraction solutions.
  16. Adhere to TA processes, keep data clean, and complete system and candidate actions timely.
  17. Use data intelligence to drive hiring decisions and influence the business.
  18. Manage volume hiring campaigns for campus hiring needs.
  19. Contribute to end-to-end execution of talent attraction and acquisition projects in MEA region.
  20. Collect and analyze TA/EB data to identify trends and provide insights.
Qualifications: Essential
  • 6-10 years of experience in talent acquisition.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
  • Knowledge of the wider HR context.
  • Excellent communication, consulting, and networking skills.
  • Ability to analyze and present data convincingly.
  • Ability to promote the Schneider Electric brand and motivate stakeholders.
  • Highly organized.
  • Experience engaging with universities and running campus events.
  • Experience in graduate and intern hiring campaigns.
