Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent across various functions. Operating within the UAE's competitive job market, this role involves close collaboration with department heads to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The specialist also contributes to employer branding initiatives and ensures recruitment practices comply with local labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Leading end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
  2. Partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective hiring strategies tailored to each department's needs.
  3. Utilizing various sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and networking to attract top talent.
  4. Managing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate documentation and reporting.
  5. Conducting interviews and coordinating with stakeholders throughout the evaluation and offer process.
  6. Supporting onboarding efforts by collaborating with HR and relevant departments to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  7. Monitoring recruitment metrics and preparing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of sourcing and hiring practices.
  8. Staying updated on UAE labor laws and recruitment best practices to ensure legal compliance and fairness in hiring.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
  2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
  3. Proven experience sourcing candidates across various industries and job levels, including senior leadership roles.
  4. Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processes.
  5. Proficiency in using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strategic mindset with a focus on candidate experience and employer branding.
