As we continue our rapid expansion, we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with deep expertise in the Forex and financial services industry to join our growing team in Dubai.
The Senior Forex Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier professionals for key roles across sales, trading, compliance, marketing, and support functions. The ideal candidate has a strong network in the Forex and fintech space and a proven track record of hiring high-performing individuals in a fast-paced environment.
Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles in the Forex and trading industry
Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and team goals
Source passive and active candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, industry events, headhunting, and job boards
Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top industry talent
Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide hiring recommendations
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build a talent pipeline and maintain relationships with key industry players
Stay up-to-date on global and local recruitment trends in the Forex and trading sector
Represent DB Investing professionally at job fairs and networking events
Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in the Forex, CFD, or trading industry
Strong network and understanding of the Forex market landscape (brokers, liquidity providers, prop firms, etc.)
Exceptional sourcing, headhunting, and negotiation skills
Experience with ATS and CRM systems
Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish) are a plus
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and organisational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
