Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate Banking

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a leading bank in Abu Dhabi focusing on Corporate Banking roles with an emphasis on international hiring. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment processes ensuring the attraction, selection, and onboarding of top-tier talent from global markets to support the bank's corporate banking growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead recruitment efforts for Corporate Banking roles with a primary focus on international talent acquisition.
2. Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and deliver effective recruitment strategies.
3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
4. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-caliber candidates from international markets.
5. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support onboarding processes.
6. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques including headhunting, networking, and market mapping.
7. Stay updated on global talent trends particularly within the banking and financial services sector.
8. Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to meet diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
2. 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on Corporate Banking and international hiring.
3. Proven track record of successfully hiring senior banking professionals from global markets.
4. Strong understanding of the corporate banking sector and international talent landscapes.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
