Role Description:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and managing candidates through the hiring pipeline to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience. This role focuses on building strong candidate pipelines, coordinating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring timely delivery against business hiring needs. The role requires excellent sourcing skills, attention to detail in managing recruitment processes, and the ability to represent the company’s culture and values to external talent
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, events, and talent pools.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
- Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate fit before shortlisting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate pipeline trackers and ensure visibility of progress to stakeholders
Candidate Experience & Process Management
- Guide candidates smoothly through the hiring process, from application to offer stage
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring timely feedback loops
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional and engaging experience
- Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve the process
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
- Provide regular updates on pipeline status, candidate availability, and market conditions
- Support hiring managers in structured interview practices and candidate evaluations
Recruitment Operations
- Use recruitment systems/ATS to manage requisitions, applications, and candidate records
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, source of hire) and prepare reports
- Support employer branding initiatives through referral drives, social media promotion, and candidate engagement activities.

- Proven sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other platforms
- Ability to map talent markets and proactively build pipelines, particularly for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Strong candidate screening and assessment skills, with the ability to quickly identify fit against role requirements
- Proficiency in managing recruitment systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with high attention to data accuracy
- Skilled in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion ratios, source of hire)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage candidates and represent the company culture
