Job description

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to executive-level positions, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media, networking, and data analytics, to identify and attract high-caliber talent in niche markets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role-specific requirements and develop tailored job descriptions that resonate with target candidates.
  • Design and implement innovative employer branding strategies to position the organization as an employer of choice in the industry.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine talent acquisition strategies and improve overall hiring efficiency.
  • Facilitate diverse hiring initiatives by promoting inclusivity and ensuring equitable practices in the recruitment process.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior recruiters, fostering a collaborative team environment and sharing best practices.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry networks to enhance talent sourcing capabilities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on senior and executive-level recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling challenging roles in fast-paced environments, preferably Real estate and construction
  • Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, AIRS) demonstrating commitment to professional development.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software, with a knack for utilizing data analytics to drive decisions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure while managing multiple priorities, showcasing excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, continuously seeking ways to improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the organization's global operations is an advantage.
