Job description
What You'll Be Doing

Define, design, and execute recruitment strategies for institutional sales, retail sales, marketing, and growth roles as new positions are prioritized

Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales and marketing teams to ensure the business meets its growth targets

Partner with HRBP to manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate communications

Capture and maintain market, client, and candidate insights to inform recruitment strategy and support OKX’s growth plans

Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview processes, and candidate evaluation

Collaborate with business leaders to understand growth priorities, talent needs, and market trends

What We Look For in You

7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting sales, marketing, or growth functions in a corporate or high-growth environment

Proven ability to identify, engage, and close top talent, including passive candidates

Experience building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and senior management

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Experience using market insights and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions

Nice To Have

Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto-related industries

Strong passion for crypto, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies

Experience in global or multi-market recruitment

Understanding of marketing, growth, and sales operations
