We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Associate who will lead both our full-time hiring processes and the curation of collaborators who bring our multidisciplinary projects to life.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting exceptional individuals, whether they are joining our core team or collaborating with us on a project basis. You will actively engage with talent across diverse disciplines, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and act as a connector between people and opportunities within ATÖLYE.

Main Responsibilities
Full-Time Recruitment
- Partner with function leaders and the People & Culture Director to identify current and future hiring needs
- Manage end-to-end hiring process: job postings, application reviews, longlisting, interviewing, reference checks, preparing offer letters
- Build and maintain strong talent pools for future needs.
Collaborator Hiring
- Actively scout, attract, and curate collaborators in line with ATÖLYE's curation criteria across local and international networks
- Serve as the first point of contact for both incoming and sourced talent; conduct interviews and act as a connector between talent and project leads, ensuring effective matchmaking for project and program needs
- Foster ongoing relationships with key potential collaborators, maintaining regular touchpoints (e.g. quarterly check-ins) to keep connections warm and ensure readiness for future opportunities.

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or human resources consultancy, or community curation—preferably within creative, consultancy, or multidisciplinary environments
- Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and engage diverse talent across various disciplines and seniority levels
- Strong command of end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent pool generation, mapping, search & selection, and interviewing
- Skilled in using recruitment platforms, ATS tools, and professional networking channels
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of an organization
- Strong presentation, active listening, negotiation, and coordination abilities; comfortable facilitating interviews and meetings
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
- Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through; able to respond to evolving talent needs with agility
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
- Exposure to and experience with the Middle East market is highly preferred
- Interest and experience in building AI-enabled systems is a plus, including developing and honing AI agents, designing automated workflows, and integrating AI into recruitment operations
