Job summary

Space42 seeks a System Engineering Senior Manager to design, deliver, and support complex satellite and telecom solutions in the UAE. You will lead system design, integration, testing, and delivery, ensuring performance, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the technology roadmap.

Collaborating with Strategy, Commercial, Finance, and Operations, you will drive program execution, risk management, and knowledge sharing while mentoring junior engineers and ensuring smooth handover to O&M teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Telecommunications or equivalent is required.
• 12–15 years in Satellite/telecoms with RF systems experience.
• Military Satcom and defense industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead system design, integration, testing and delivery of complex satellite programs.
• Manage projects to meet specifications, timelines and budgets.
• Oversee relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure smooth handover to Operations & Maintenance with proper docs and training.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement aligned with tech roadmap.
