Job summary

Space42, a UAE-based AI-powered SpaceTech company, is seeking a Business Solutions Manager to lead the development and rollout of AI-driven satellite communication products for government and enterprise clients across Land, Maritime, and Aerospace segments.

You will own product specifications, roadmaps, partner engagement, and GTM strategies, coordinating with Product Engineering, Delivery, and Commercial teams to ensure successful launches and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in satellite telecommunications services in land, maritime or aerospace sectors.
• Experience in product development, market introduction, and lifecycle management in Telco, Satcom, or IT industries.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and performance monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and manage Satcom product specifications with internal stakeholders.
• Review proposals, RFPs, and vendor submissions for technical excellence and market alignment.
• Own and update product roadmaps for Land, Maritime, and Aero segments, targeting government and international markets.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and partners to drive new product development and AI integration.
• Lead end-to-end product introduction from specs to GTM, launch, and post-launch support.
• Monitor performance and ensure outcomes align with targets and timelines.
• Oversee quality of service and customer satisfaction across products.
