Job summary

EDGE is seeking Systems Engineers with 5+ years of experience to support the specification, development, integration, and test of Tactical Datalink solutions. You will work on NATO-standards such as Link 16 across multidisciplinary teams in highly regulated environments.

The role emphasizes engineering lifecycle activities, requirements management, and collaboration with software, hardware, and cybersecurity groups to deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with defence development programmes or large-scale systems.
• Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Message Standards protocols team; design & develop large-scale C4I and TDL solutions.
• Design Message Standards protocols for C4I systems and information exchange requirements.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, network, cybersecurity, and test teams; maintain engineering documents.
