Job Description

• Design, implement, and maintain secure and highly available IT infrastructure.
• Administer and manage SAN Storage solutions (HPE, Dell, NetApp, unified storage solutions).
• Conduct thorough system performance analysis and optimization, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in troubleshooting complex system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Manage system backups and disaster recovery plans to safeguard critical data and ensure business continuity.
• Monitor system health and performance metrics, utilizing analytics to drive improvements and inform strategic decisions.
• Install, configure, and manage Windows and Linux-based environments.
• Set up, deploy, and maintain Active Directory environments.
• Configure and administer Exchange mail servers.
• Implement and manage backup solutions (VEEAM).
• Utilize virtualization technologies (VMWare or similar).
• Work with Microsoft 365 to ensure seamless integration and management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a System Administrator / System Engineer, preferably in a senior role.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Expertise in SAN Storage administration.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory, Exchange mail servers, and backup solutions (VEEAM).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, NetApp, HPE, or Dell certifications).
