We are seeking a dedicated and skilled NOC Server Monitoring Specialist to join our team in Muscat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Network Operations Center (NOC) operations, specifically in server monitoring. This role is critical in ensuring the availability and performance of our server infrastructure, providing timely responses to incidents, and maintaining high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Monitor server performance and availability using various monitoring tools.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, performing initial troubleshooting and escalation as necessary.
• Document incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve server-related issues and implement preventive measures.
• Conduct regular health checks and performance tuning of server systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
• Assist in the development and implementation of NOC processes and procedures.
• Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Mandatory Skills

• Strong knowledge and experience in NOC operations, specifically server monitoring.
