Job description

Job Purpose:

Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for developing and executing short and long-term supply plans to meet restaurant demand. He/ She will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as experience in supply chain planning. Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be a key member of the Central Planning team, working closely with other departments to ensure Campaigns and Promotions are timely executed. He/ She will actively participate in S&OP meetings and contribute towards the objective of S&OP scope. Senior Supply Chain Analyst will be a strategic thinker, with a great eye for detail and an ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop collaborative relationships with Brand Managers, Operations, Procurement to execute Limited Time Offer (LTO) and New Product Developments (NPD) on time and in full.
  • Monitor the progress of LTO and NPD, foresee risks and opportunities, mitigate and materialize those with the support of stakeholders.
  • Anticipating factors that might influence demand, such as seasonal slowdowns or upcoming promotions
  • Lead forecast and inventory planning meetings with key stakeholders, reviewing recommended sales forecasts and inventory related to Campaigns and Promotional items.
  • Report Out of stock (OOS) and potential expires, work with market supply chain teams to mitigate
  • Active participation in monthly S&OP and timely execute the actions points related to central planning scope.
  • Provides analysis, information and recommendations for issues related to expiry risk, write-offs etc.,
  • Work with Procurement, Restaurant operations, Quality Assurance and Culinary team on the development and execution of LTO and NPD

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning and management
  • Food and Beverage industry experience preferred (not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion and advanced Excel skills
  • Proven record of successful supply chain planning and management
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, systems and tools

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and presentation
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Demonstrated collaboration with multiple business stakeholders
  • Must establish clear communication protocols to ensure timely updates during crises
  • Demonstrated ability to influence change
  • Action-oriented mindset with a high sense of urgency, energy, and enthusiasm
