Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join our team in Dubai. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Utilize advanced software tools (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD Pro) for structural modeling and analysis.
• Develop and prepare detailed structural design calculations and analysis.
• Ensure designs are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with local building codes.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction activities.
• Identify and resolve structural issues.
• Implement quality control measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate structural failures.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on high-rise and commercial projects.

Skills :
