China State Construction Middle East (CSECE ME) is recruiting a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Technical Team for a large-scale project in Ras Al Khaimah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide structural design and technical support to the project team.
• Conduct routine project site visits to assess challenges and audit the technical management's compliance with company procedures.
• Review subcontractor calculation submissions (e.g., steel design, PT design) and provide engineering feedback.
• Offer engineering solutions where required.
• Design and review all contractor temporary works (e.g., equipment foundations, supports, formwork, back propping).
• Review key method statements from a structural adequacy perspective.
• Assist in investigations of structural issues following site incidents.
• Support tendering processes requiring structural input.
• Propose and develop value engineering and design optimization for structures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience.
