Position Overview

The Senior Structural Engineer will manage the delivery of medium-to-large-scale projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

You will be responsible for ensuring design integrity and timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams and external clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver detailed structural designs and lead project design documentation.
2. Review and coordinate structural models and calculations.
3. Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers.
4. Liaise with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
5. Ensure project compliance with local regulations and international standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
2. 8–12 years of structural engineering design experience.
3. Strong technical skills in reinforced concrete, steel structures, and modeling software.
4. Proficiency in software such as ETABS, SAFE, Robot, Tekla, and Revit.
5. Experience in UAE / KSA projects preferred.
