Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Structural Engineer, located in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings up to G+12.
• Review and approve structural drawings, design reports, and calculations.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM), Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM), and other local authorities’ codes and standards.
• Supervise and guide junior structural engineers and CAD technicians.
• Attend site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction.
• Review material submittals, method statements, and shop drawings.
• Prepare technical reports and ensure proper documentation of all engineering processes.
• Liaise with clients and represent the company in meetings with authorities and contractors.
• Manage structural load assessments, soil-structure interaction studies, and seismic analysis where applicable.
