• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering in the UAE, with a focus on structural design.
• Experience delivering building structures and/or civil/infrastructure projects with reinforced concrete and structural steelwork.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer with strong experience in structuraldesign and engineering . The candidate will be responsible for leadingstructural design activities, preparing and reviewing structural calculationsand drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuringcompliance with applicable codes, standards, authority requirements, andproject specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadand undertake structural analysis and design for building, civilengineering, and infrastructure-related structures, including reinforcedconcrete and structural steelwork.
• Prepare structural calculations, analytical models, specifications, reports,and detailed design drawings for new build schemes and projects.
• Provide technical leadership and support in the preparation of concept,scheme, and detailed structural designs.
• Ensurestructural designs comply with applicable codes, standards, regulatoryapprovals, authority requirements, and project specifications .
• Review engineering designs, structural calculations, drawings, specifications,and technical deliverables for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
• Coordinatestructural designs with MEP, Architecture, Utilities, and othermultidisciplinary teams .
• Providetechnical support and guidance to engineers and BIM technicians throughout project delivery.
• Managestructural engineering tasks and resources in accordance with projectscope, schedule, and budget .
• Conductor support site inspections to monitor quality and compliance withdesign drawings.
• Ensureall structural design work follows company and client quality standardsand procedures .
• Communicate technical aspects of projects and structural design approaches toteam members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’sdegree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from anaccredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering in the UAE,with a focus on structural design.
• Provenexperience in the design and delivery of building structures and/orcivil engineering or infrastructure-related structures .
• Experiencein reinforced concrete and structural steelwork .
• Experienceworking within multidisciplinary teams , including coordination withMEP, Architecture, and Utilities.
• Proficiencyin structural analysis and design software (ETABS, STAAD/STAAD Pro,SAP2000)
• Proficiencyin Revit and CAD tools , with experience working within a 3D designenvironment.
• Familiaritywith BIM protocols is desirable.
• Familiaritywith local codes, standards, and authorities , particularly withinthe Middle East region.
• Strong project management skills , with the ability to plan and monitorproject programmes, costs, and resources effectively.
• Strong technical, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills .
