Genius HRTech Services L.L.C - FZ - Dubai is seeking an experienced Structural Engineering professional with strong RCC and steel building design to lead the design team in the UAE. You will drive engineering excellence and deliver safe, efficient, and innovative structural solutions.
The role requires 10–15 years of UAE market experience, hands-on technical leadership, and the ability to coordinate with architecture and MEP teams for integrated projects.
Qualificações
- Bachelor's degree in civil or Structural Engineering is required.
- 10–15 years of structural design experience in the UAE market.
- Strong expertise in complex building structures and large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 with BIM coordination using Revit.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the structural design of RCC and steel buildings from concept through IFC.
- Perform and review structural analysis using ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
- Oversee foundation, slab, beam, column, seismic, wind, and lateral stability design.
- Ensure compliance with ACI, BS, ASCE 7, and local authority requirements.
- Review design calculations, structural drawings, technical submissions, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams for integrated designs.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the structural engineering team and manage quality
