We are looking for a Senior Manager – Strategy to play a key role in driving strategic growth and sector development at Abu Dhabi Airports Freezone. This is a high-impact role supporting the SVP of Real Estate in executing a bold, forward-thinking vision for ADAFZ.

You’ll lead market intelligence efforts, develop sector strategies, and support key investment initiatives to position ADAFZ as a premier destination for global investors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze global trends, FDI flows, and competitor activity to identify high-potential sectors
• Provide data-driven recommendations for land use, sector prioritization, and investment strategy
• Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to assess investment risks and opportunities
• Develop strategic briefs and insights to support investor targeting and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, planning, legal, and finance teams
• Contribute to master planning efforts and ecosystem development initiatives
• Represent ADAFZ in forums with government entities, regulators, and sector partners
• Track KPIs, maintain dashboards, and support executive decision-making

Who We're Looking For:

• 6–8 years of experience in strategy, market intelligence, or investment promotion
• Prior exposure to free zones, industrial real estate, or economic development preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Urban Planning, or related fields
• Master’s degree (MBA, Strategy, or equivalent) is a plus
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic communication skills
• Deep understanding of UAE economic strategy, regulatory frameworks, and investor dynamics
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
