We are assisting a leading semi-government entity in Abu Dhabi that is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Policy and Strategy Department.

About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in driving strategic projects and supporting senior leadership with actionable insights. From drafting high-quality policy briefs to coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives, this position offers the opportunity to operate at the intersection of public policy, reform, and organisational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination of core strategic projects, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain institutional knowledge databases and research tools.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis, with a focus on national development trends.
  • Support end-to-end management of research grants and key program portfolios.
  • Engage with external consultants, experts, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and impactful delivery.
  • Contribute to internal practice-building initiatives, such as knowledge-sharing and team planning events.
  • Report on project performance, risks, and budgetary considerations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required from a leading, global university with a high GPA, (preferred in Public Policy, Business, Economics, Engineering); Master's is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in a strategic advisory, management consulting, public sector, multilateral, or foundation environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Skills:

  • Excellent research, analytical, and presentation-building capabilities.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Superb communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to master new concepts quickly.
