Description

1. Lead the design and oversight of strategic initiatives with direct relevance to Abu Dhabi's leadership priorities.
2. Guide high-level research, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement across diverse sectors.
3. Shape and drive the delivery of transformative, multidisciplinary projects from concept to execution.
4. Serve as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, translating vision into implementable strategies.
5. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
6. Co-create innovative solutions in partnership with design studios and subject-matter experts.

Profile

1. 10-15 years of experience in strategy consulting, think tanks, executive offices, or innovation units, ideally at Junior Partner or Partner level in a leading consulting firm.
2. Highly proactive and hands-on, with a proven ability to drive both strategic direction and on-the-ground execution.
3. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
4. Experienced in leading complex, cross-sector initiatives in fast-paced, high-performance environments.
5. Outcome-focused, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving situations.
6. Passionate about delivering transformative, human-centred solutions with measurable impact.
