While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation, and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

What The Role Entails

With our strong business growth globally, we are now looking for Cloud Sales Managers to join our fast-growing Tencent Cloud business in the Middle East region. He/she will focus on the Saudi market, grow and accelerate our Go-To-Market strategy within the targeted markets while developing field relationships with key partners to generate new service opportunities and expand existing ones.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with channel partners to promote cooperative selling, understand customer businesses, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of customer industries, partner strategies, needs, and profitability drivers.
  • Improve partner performance through best practices, training, and support.
  • Present Tencent Cloud's value proposition to customers and lead key sales pipelines.
  • Utilize networking skills to generate leads and identify strategic sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage high-value relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members on enterprise accounts and contribute to sales and marketing materials.
  • Partner with the Business Contracts Manager on contract negotiations.
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth, and recommend account growth strategies.
  • Prepare and execute strategic account plans, sales forecasts, and achieve quotas.
  • Gain proficiency in Tencent’s cloud offerings to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
  • Develop strategic partner plans based on industry trends and customer analysis.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to deliver value to partners.
  • Manage the partner sales lifecycle for all accounts.

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience selling IT and cloud services, with a proven track record of market/customer/channel breakthroughs.
  • Strong hunter mentality with excellent closing skills.
  • Experience in lead generation, opportunity pursuit, and sales.
  • Experience engaging with C-level executives and working within partner organizations.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of technology and customer problem-solving.
  • Expertise in consultative and insight-based selling.
  • Ability to articulate complex solutions to decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts.
  • Knowledge of Cloud, CDN, SaaS, and internet industry space.
  • Experience analyzing data, market trends, and developing key selling points.
  • Experience working with partners (Consulting, Channel, ISV) to accelerate business outcomes.
  • Team-oriented with strong partnership-building skills.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.
  • Committed to continuous learning about new products and technologies.
  • Diplomatic and comfortable managing complex partner conversations.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives effectively.
