Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead stormwater and drainage infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional project management experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior project management role.
• Proven expertise in stormwater management, drainage infrastructure, or related infrastructure projects.
• Experience as a Project Management Consultant on large-scale municipal or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, procurement, and commissioning.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration, procurement processes, and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of major stormwater management and drainage infrastructure projects.
• Oversee all project phases, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Establish clear project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and performance expectations.
• Monitor project execution to ensure alignment with schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary project teams.
• Identify project delivery challenges and implement appropriate corrective measures.
• Maintain oversight of project performance from commencement through completion.
