Job summary
EDGE, based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Senior Stores Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and stores operations, ensuring safe receipt, storage, and distribution of materials, including hazardous goods. You will work with Supply Chain and Operations to optimize inventory and warehouse performance.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–6 years' experience, ERP proficiency, and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in warehouse or stores operations.
- Experience supervising warehouse or stores personnel and using ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily stores operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and issuance of materials.
- Lead and support store personnel while monitoring productivity and operational performance.
- Ensure inventory accuracy through stock control, ERP transactions, and regular cycle counts.
- Coordinate material movements and support operational and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory requirements for hazardous materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and service levels.
