To deliver excellent customer service through: identifying customer needs, offering advice, demonstrating suitable products; building relationships with key customers; and ensuring store standards are maintained to achieve sales targets and cultivate customer loyalty.

Functional Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet every customer warmly and demonstrate excellent customer service at all times.
  • Identify customer needs by asking questions; confidently recommend and demonstrate appropriate products; suggest related products; close sales.
  • Handle payments via authorized modes, issue receipts, and provide professional cash point service.
  • Manage customer complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain product knowledge, fashion trends, and in-store promotions.
  • Maintain personal grooming standards as advised by the Store Manager.
  • Keep displays, fitting rooms, and stock areas clean and organized.
  • Monitor stock levels daily and inform the store manager when replenishment is needed.
  • Follow all company policies including refunds, exchanges, security, and safety procedures.
  • Recruit customers for the database and accurately record their details.
  • Minimize stock loss through vigilance on the sales floor and fitting rooms.
Education, Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • High school qualification.
  • 4 to 6 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality and good grooming.
