Job summary

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of enterprise storage and backup administration experience.
• BSc degree or equivalent in a relevant field; strong troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor storage and backup technologies; ability to manage complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise storage platforms across multiple vendors.
• Manage backup jobs, retention policies and recovery testing.
• Perform storage provisioning, migrations, upgrades and patching.
• Coordinate with UNIX/Linux, Windows, VMware, Cloud, and Applications teams.
• Provide incident escalation, root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs and on-call support as required.
• Mentor junior staff and communicate status to stakeholders.

BSc in Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent
