Job summary

Khatib & Alami invites an experienced Stakeholder Manager – Design to lead stakeholder coordination, authority approvals, NOCs, and interfaces for major Dubai infrastructure projects. You will act as the primary interface between the design team, client, government authorities, utility providers, developers, contractors, and other external stakeholders.

The role ensures stakeholder requirements are identified, incorporated into the design, and approved within the project programme, while guiding

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Infrastructure/Transportation Engineering or related discipline.
• 15+ years of relevant UAE infrastructure consultancy/design experience.
• Experience with RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, and other Dubai authorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder management and authority coordination across the design lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain Stakeholder Management Plan, Register, and approval trackers.
• Coordinate with authorities (RTA, Dubai Municipality, DEWA, etc.) and utilities.
• Manage NOC/approval processes, permits, and design approvals.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and coordinate responses to authority comments.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation related to stakeholder requirements.
