Applied Technology and Management (ATM) a Geosyntec Company, is seeking an Senior Staff Geotechnical Engineer to support project needs in the Dubai, United Arab Emiratesoffice. The selected candidate will support coastal, marine, structural, and geotechnical engineering design projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist with engineering calculations using computer-based technical tools;
  • Technical writing of reports, letters, memoranda, plans, specifications, and proposals;
  • Data input and analysis, including preparing maps, tables, and figures;
  • Follow instructions and interact with engineers, office administrative staff, CADD operators (draftsmen), contractors and construction personnel.
  • Developing construction documents; and
  • Writing and reviewing engineering reports.
Education and Licensure
  • Bachelor’s degree in civil, geotechnical, coastal, structural or related subject. (required)
  • Advanced degree in civil, geotechnical, coastal, structural or related subject. (preferred)
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in engineering or consulting; or equivalent combination of education and experience. (required)
  • Experience with MatLab, AutoCAD, and numerical marine modeling software. (preferred)
  • Outstanding academic credentials and exceptional interpersonal, technical writing, and problem-solving skills. (required)
