Key Responsibilities
  1. Asset Growth/Portfolio Management: Assess customer needs and assist in defining communication strategies, identify business growth opportunities, review leverage cases, approve transactions over US$ 300K, oversee leverage requests, and review early sales of securities involving large losses to support wealth management customer value propositions.
  2. Proposition/Product Development: Act as the voice of the client to assist product managers in developing long-term strategies and product offerings for wealth management.
  3. External Advisory Services: Provide advice to clients, manage complaints, and ensure clients understand wealth management solutions to minimize concerns.
  4. Budget Management: Contribute to and monitor the business area's budget, identify performance issues, and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
  5. Internal Advice and Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert, provide training to relationship managers, and enhance the quality of the investment book.
  6. Policies, Processes, Systems, and Procedures: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures to maintain service standards.
  7. Self-Management: Manage personal performance in line with bank policies to maximize contribution.
  8. Customer Service: Deliver high standards of service in all customer interactions, demonstrating the bank's service standards.
Ideal Candidate Experience
  1. At least 5 years in financial services, including banking and investment/insurance sales.
  2. Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  3. Certifications such as CFA, Financial Planning, FRM, ICA, or similar.
  4. Knowledge of sales, financial products, and financial markets, including Mutual Funds, ETFs, Bonds.
