Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced professional to manage and coordinate stakeholder interfaces for complex infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi. You will engage external parties to ensure project requirements are met without disruption and support integration of stakeholder needs into design and construction plans.

The role emphasizes advanced communication with authorities, utility providers, and third parties, along with maintaining logs and timely deliverables.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in stakeholder management within infrastructure or engineering projects.
• Experience with rail or transport authorities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and map all project stakeholders including authorities, utility providers and third parties.
• Coordinate stakeholder approvals, permits and NOCs.
• Manage communication between project teams and external stakeholders.
• Track stakeholder deliverables and ensure timely responses.
• Resolve conflicts arising from stakeholder requirements or constraints.
• Support integration of stakeholder requirements into design and construction plans.
• Maintain stakeholder logs and reporting systems.
