Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Information Management professional for on-site work in Dubai. The role focuses on mastering enterprise document management, coordinating reviews, and ensuring accurate configuration across engineering and construction activities.

You will lead information management on small to medium projects, mentor staff, and train PM personnel, contributing to efficient project delivery in a global infrastructure leader’s team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of enterprise document management.
• Experience with relational databases and data organization.
• Familiarity with internet-based project collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manages project administration in the area of document management for home office and field.
• Oversees internal and external document review process.
• Maintains proper document configuration management in support of engineering and construction.
• Interfaces with project material control, scheduling, expediting, and client engineering to ensure time/cost effectiveness of all documentation activities.
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively lead the information management function on a small to medium sized project.
• Assumes mentoring and training roles as required.
• Delegates, supervises and evaluates subordinate’s work assignments.
• Provides necessary training to Project Information Management department personnel.
