Job description

Provide proactive and flexible people services by supporting the executive team, managers, and employees, while driving best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.

What’s on Your Plate?

Continuously improve people operations service delivery with excellent customer service by identifying challenges and recommending opportunities for improvement, thinking creatively about solutions.

Act as a trusted business partner to the executive team. Coach and support local leadership in managing people interventions to enhance business performance, and develop initiatives that align with the corporate strategy.

Serve as a people advisor, providing coaching and advice on people-related questions, policies, procedures, and legislation.

Lead ongoing people operations projects and employee engagement activities.

Recommend, implement, and update policies and processes to ensure consistent and relevant people operations services.

Collaborate closely with the People Operations Centers of Excellence to implement key processes and projects.

Maintain accurate employee data using people systems to support management decision-making with reports and insights.

Stay updated on policies, procedures, and legislative changes related to people operations and labor law.

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent, preferably in Human Resources.

At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Skills: MS Office, Workday experience advantageous. Strong communication skills, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive issues.
