Our client a federal entity is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Specialist - L&D (UAE National only) to join their team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of learning and development programmes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:


* Design develop and deliver engaging and effective learning and development programmes across various formats (e.g. online classroom blended learning).
* Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and recommend suitable learning solutions.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make improvements based on data analysis and feedback.
* Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment of learning initiatives with business objectives.
* Research and implement best practices in L&D to enhance the learning experience.
* Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the L&D field.
