Job description

JOB PURPOSE

Develop, implement, and monitor commercial and investment policies, frameworks, and mitigation strategies across RTA.

KEY RESULTS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  1. Assess and minimize risks associated with projects and contracts through appropriate mitigation controls, mechanisms, and strategies.
  2. Provide independent advice, coordination, and follow-up on related projects and issues, ensuring and advising the manager on key project issues.
  3. Analyze statistical data and reports to identify root causes and recommend improvements.
  4. Propose necessary changes to minimize delays, reduce expenditures, and enhance profitability.
  5. Review the project management team's work progress and methodology independently.
  6. Benchmark processes and procedures to adhere to best practices.
  7. Provide progress reports and performance assessments of consultants to the Director and Agency CEO.
  8. Assist in developing KPIs for effective monitoring of project performance.
  9. Develop policies, procedures, frameworks, and guidelines to ensure adherence to commercial and investment standards by all stakeholders.
  10. Communicate policies and procedures to stakeholders and address implementation issues with necessary adjustments.
  11. Perform other responsibilities as appropriate.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university with at least 8 years of experience.
