Senior Solution Consultant Middle East & North Africa Region UAE UAE Subsidiary Apply Staff Application

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support for all ICT services delivery, both remote and onsite.
• Build and execute a comprehensive project management plan covering the entire project lifecycle of ICT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives, and addressing key aspects such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, supplier management, effective communication, and risk management.
• Support the Sales & Pre-Sales team as needed for designing solutions according to customer requirements and commercial proposals, including RFP submissions.
• Manage, maintain, and nurture ICT supplier relations in the region and evaluate new suppliers as needed.
• Coordinate internally with various functions like Support, Product, Legal, and Finance for the execution of customer requirements and smooth delivery.
• Provide support to customers for troubleshooting and service lifecycle management.
• Understand and align with customer SLAs and other contract terms and conditions.

Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher in Telecommunication or Computer Engineering.
• Working Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the ICT domain, including presales, solutioning, and project management.
• Specific experience and skills required:
• a. Hands-on experience in equipment installation, configuration, and troubleshooting for ICT products from OEMs such as Huawei, Cisco, ZTE, HP, Dell, Fortinet, etc.
• b. Strong understanding of service components for ICT infrastructure build for small and large-scale projects, including office network setup, servers, security devices, unified collaboration services/products, AV systems, Wi-Fi, and network cabling.
• c. Excellent supplier management skills and a problem-solving attitude.
• d. Additional advantage if knowledgeable in IoT and 5G-related services.
• e. Technical knowledge in IPLC, IEPL, IP Transit, IP VPN, Cloud, ICT, and IDC is preferred.
• f. Huawei ICT (HCIE, CCIE) certification is preferred.
• g. Proven project management and organizational skills, with a positive work attitude.
