Senior Solution Architect - Digital Products

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Solution Architect to join our client, a leading bank in the UAE. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure digital banking solutions.

• Designing systems with high availability, reliability, and security to protect sensitive data and maintain operational integrity, capable of handling large-scale API and event-based workloads
• Ensuring all designs adhere to internal ENBD architecture best practices, patterns, and technologies
• 5+ years of experience designing cloud-native microservices applications
• Developing and evaluating prototypes or proof of concepts to validate architectural approaches and technologies before full-scale implementation
• Experience in Retail Banking domain, specifically in customer onboarding, credit cards, or loans
• Experience with building end-to-end design patterns and solutions
• Design of cloud-native microservices container-based applications
• Deep understanding of architectural patterns like microservices, saga, pub-sub, circuit-breaker, etc.
• Knowledge of API gateways, authorization protocols, IDP, etc.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest architecture trends and incorporating cutting-edge solutions
• Good understanding of CICD, OpenShift, Azure cloud services
• Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., Enterprise Architect), data modeling tools
• Delivery-focused with emphasis on Customer Experience, Business Requirements, Performance, Reliability, and Security

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud-native microservices architecture

• Hands-on experience with containerization (OpenShift, Kubernetes), Azure Cloud, and CI / CD pipelines
• Experience in Retail Banking (customer onboarding, credit cards, loans) is a plus
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
