Job Title : Senior Solution Architect - Siemens Grid Software

Location : Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Solution Architect to lead engineering solutions based on client requirements for Spectrum Power software. In this role, you will work closely with the project team and project managers, while maintaining strong relationships with end customers.

This is a key position with full end-to-end ownership of project delivery across ADMS, EMS, GIS, and Cybersecurity domains. You will bridge business needs with technical execution, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality energy infrastructure solutions across national and international projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the solution architecture for ADMS and EMS projects, including system design and ensuring full alignment with project requirements.
• Act as a domain expert in parameterization, operation, and troubleshooting of SCADA systems (SCADA / DMS / GIS applications).
• Manage the entire delivery lifecycle of Grid Software products (Spectrum Power 4 – Spectrum Power 7), ensuring timely and high-quality outputs for transmission and distribution clients.
• Support pre-sales activities, bid preparation, and project estimation with tailored engineering solutions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate on business development by creating value-driven use cases, participating in demos, and contributing to proposals.
• Provide regular project updates and reports to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on delivered solutions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in electrical / Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in SCADA / EMS / ADMS / OMS systems in the energy domain, with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect role.
• Deep hands-on experience with Spectrum Power 4 and Spectrum Power 7 platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in working with Oracle databases and operating systems such as Linux, UNIX, Solaris, and Windows, including troubleshooting capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience working with international clients and in multicultural environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and drive client engagement.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Willingness to travel globally and participate in on-call support when needed.
