Job summary

Zoho seeks a Senior Solution Architect for Applied AI in Dubai, onsite. You will lead AI initiatives, anchor LLM and agentic capabilities, and work hands-on with code, frameworks, and stakeholders to design, build, and deploy scalable solutions.

You will mentor engineers, drive architectural standards, and collaborate with IT security and governance to ensure compliant, auditable systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical roles (Solutions Architect, Technical Lead, Senior Engineer).
• Hands-on experience delivering LLM/agentic AI solutions to production.
• Strong enterprise integration background (APIs, event-driven patterns, pipelines, cloud architecture).
• Proficiency in Python plus one additional language (TypeScript, C#, or Java).
• Familiarity with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Pydantic AI.
• Data platform experience: SQL, Kafka/Event Hubs, Databricks/Fabric, Snowflake.
• Experience in security-conscious or regulated environments.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead Applied AI initiatives across the enterprise.
