Job summary
L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Sr Manager - Testing & Commissioning to lead testing and commissioning of solar power plants, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with standards. You will plan and execute pre-commissioning checks, validation against design, coordinate with design, procurement and project teams, and deliver comprehensive commissioning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
- Master's degree in Power Systems or Renewable Energy preferred.
- 15 years of experience in testing, commissioning, and maintenance in solar or renewable energy projects.
- Hands-on experience with utility-scale solar power plants.
- Proven track record of managing testing & commissioning teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize and execute testing and commissioning activities for utility-scale solar projects.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards and client specifications.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians for testing and commissioning.
- Coordinate with design, procurement and project management teams.
- Prepare detailed commissioning reports including performance analysis and test results.
