Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Solar PV Sales Consultant to join our growing team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar energy solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B or B2C technical sales.
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, educating clients on solar benefits, and driving sales of PV systems tailored to residential, commercial, or industrial needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads for solar PV system sales across residential, commercial, or industrial sectors.
- Consult with clients to assess their energy needs and provide tailored solar power solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical proposals, quotations, and ROI analyses.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships from initial contact through to project completion.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to ensure system designs meet client expectations.
- Keep up to date with UAE solar market trends, regulations (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, SEWA requirements), and emerging technologies.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and report regularly on pipeline and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Educate clients on solar incentives, energy savings, financing options, and long-term benefits.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience in solar PV systems or renewable energy (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of solar panels, inverters, mounting systems, and energy performance calculations.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Familiarity with local utility regulations and solar permitting processes in the UAE.
- Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and proposal software.
- UAE driving license is required.
